The Fit For The Kingdom Boot Camp is a four-week rotating training program designed to challenge participants physically while also encouraging spiritual growth and discipline.
Each session begins with a structured warm-up and strengthening exercises followed by a focused workout designed to build strength, endurance, and overall conditioning. The workouts are designed to push participants while still being adaptable for different fitness levels.
After the workout, participants will gather for a short devotional focused on faith, leadership, and personal growth. During this time, participants will also have the opportunity to enjoy a smoothie while learning practical information such as nutrition tips, workout strategies, and healthy lifestyle habits.
This program is designed to help participants grow not only stronger physically, but also develop the discipline and mindset needed to live with purpose and consistency.

Men’s Strength Classes bring men together in a group environment focused on strength, accountability, and encouragement. These sessions are designed to push participants physically while building discipline and brotherhood among men who want to grow stronger together.
Along with strength training, these classes emphasize the importance of leadership, integrity, and living with purpose both inside and outside the gym.
